Account eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a Prism account. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Prism only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
Using Prism
You may use Prism for lawful personal collection management. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, or upload material you do not have the right to use. You remain responsible for binder names, notes, custom artwork, and other material you submit.
Plans and billing
Free and paid features may change over time. Paid subscriptions renew at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are not refundable.
Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of material you submit. You give Prism the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and back up that material to provide features you choose, including sharing features. Prism’s software, interface, writing, and original design remain Prism material. Third-party trading-card names, images, and artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders.
