Your collection stays yours.
Prism stores account, binder, and billing information needed to provide the service. Binder names, notes, searches, and written feedback are not sent to product analytics.
Product analytics
If you allow analytics, Prism uses PostHog to record page categories and a small set of product outcomes such as creating a binder, completing a search, or starting checkout. Signed-in analytics use an internal account ID and plan tier, not your name or email. Autocapture and session replay are disabled. If you decline identified analytics, PostHog may count aggregate activity without cookies or persistent browser storage.
Feedback
Written feedback is stored in Prism’s Postgres database. A category and submission status may be counted in analytics, but the message itself is not. A reply email is saved only when you ask to be contacted.
Email choices
Account, security, and billing messages are sent when needed to provide the service. Marketing email is optional and off by default. If you subscribe, Prism records the topics, consent language, source, and time needed to honor your choice. You can change topics or unsubscribe from all marketing email in Email preferences. Unsubscribing does not disable essential account or billing messages.
Service providers
Prism works with service providers that help operate the product, including providers of hosting, data storage, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, product analytics, search, and image infrastructure. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to Prism, subject to contractual obligations and applicable law.
