Collect a place

A forest page connects cards through the environment around the Pokémon. Tree trunks, layered foliage, branches, and filtered light can form a stronger relationship than matching Pokémon types. A snowy forest still belongs beside an autumn woodland when the trees remain the visual thread.

Let the seasons move across the page

Choose green growth for the left side, warm woodland light for the center, and snowy scenes for the right. Compare the amount of open space in each illustration. Alternate close scenes with wider landscapes so the page has room to breathe.

Search for the setting

Use a description such as “Pokémon in a forest filled with trees.” Refine with winter or warm light when you need a specific season. Search results suggest candidates; select the cards whose illustrations actually sustain the seasonal progression.
