A guide to custom artwork inserts for Pokémon binders

Prepare an image, crop a multi-pocket layout, preserve occupied slots, and print decorative binder inserts.

Prepare the source image

Choose your own artwork or an image you have permission to use. Prism Pro accepts non-animated JPEG, PNG, and WebP uploads up to 4 MB and 24 megapixels. A wide scene suits a landscape layout; a tall composition suits a column. Keep essential details away from pocket boundaries.

Preview the entire rectangle

In Custom artwork, select the starting pocket and the number of columns and rows. Adjust zoom and crop while watching the whole layout. Existing cards remain in place, and only empty pockets receive tiles. Decorative inserts stay separate from catalog-card inventory and wishlists.

Test the physical result

Use the artwork-printing page in binder settings with A4 paper, actual size, and headers and footers disabled. The cut guides target 63.5 × 88.9 mm inserts. Check a sample against your pockets before making the full set. If you share the binder publicly, placed custom artwork is visible to viewers of that link.
